Every plan includes Haruno's full capabilities. Moving up a plan does not unlock features — it widens how far Haruno's memory reaches, and raises how much included usage you get.

What's included

All plans include the autonomous agent, chat, document creation, web research, summaries, and every connector. No plan removes an ability, and every plan has the same quality of AI. What changes between plans is how far memory reaches and how much included usage you get. Business and Enterprise also add admin controls and usage reporting.

How memory differs by plan

The longer you work with Haruno the better its Memory becomes. Your plan decides who that memory is shared with, and where it is kept.

What Local and Cloud mean

Local means the memory is saved on your own machine and stays there. Cloud means you can opt in to syncing that knowledge through Haruno's cloud so your team shares it. Cloud sync is never switched on for you, and turning it on means accepting our terms — see Security & privacy and the data processing disclosure for what that covers.

Still coming

Shared team memory, keeping a team's work and history together, and organization-wide centralized memory are in development, and are marked "Soon" on the pricing page. Today memory works per person and per machine. Choosing your own AI models is also on the way — for now Haruno picks the right model for each task, and every plan gets the same models.

How billing works

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Each plan includes an AI usage allowance; if you reach it, you can buy more. Prices shown are starting points; your final plan is confirmed before anything is signed.

Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your dashboard at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
